Our Support Process offers a two-way procedure of support i.e. through phone or remote access over the internet. Either you can opt for staying on the phone and just follow verbal instruction that our tech support experts give you or you can grant us permission to establish a remote connect to your computer & work on it in your presence. Remote access connection that we establish only done once you agree to it and permit to us for the same. Our remote session procedure & technicalities of our remote access tool don’t allow us to establish remote connection to your computer system without your approval.

We will only make connection to the computer systems registered with us and won’t be accountable for other computer systems at your place. try every probable, genuine, & logical effort to remove your computer problems or to recommend you the next possible course of steps towards resolution.
